★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super amazing. If you are planning to buy tiles and even if you have made up your mind on a particular tile, I would recommend you to kajaria tiles. They are very knowledgeable and dont have any infringement to hide the truth about quality and options. They really let you understand the options in detail. Loved it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. They WILL delay your order by 20-25 days. No offense to the company since the product of Kajaria are good. But the display center service and dealers are worst. They will inform you that order will be dispatched from showroom itself, but this is a false information, they act as a broker and once you pay them, they will not make effort for delivery of your order. They'll not exchange the order, no matter what they said while making the sale. So, false information, fake promises, worst customer service, worst guidance,rude dealers and staff.
Ps: I didn't want to give them even a single star, but I had to write the review.

They promise you a lot before you place the order but in reality the service is very poor. Orders are never delivered on time . And they take no responsibility for the mistakes done on their part. Very disappointing.
