★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry friend but i want to share that i travel several kajaria show rooms regarding tiles but one thing that i noted that the staff not supportive...they dont lestion what you actully want..they always tried to purchese what they want to sale....kajaria ka naam hai but service person ko itna sheekana chahaiye ki customer jo chahata hai...wo apna pura imandari se paryas kre ...na k kuch bhi cheepkane ki kosis kare...i request to Kajaria kindly train your staff.....thanx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is their last priority. Not even one tile will be accepted back if its broken after the packaging is disclosed. And many of the tiles indeed do always turn out to be broken. Beware of this fraud, these cheaters are taking the brand name of kajaria down to drain. Bless the rikshavala guy who spent an hour at my place unpacking all the tile boxes, 20% of which turned to be broken. Also in the name of brand there is only old fashioned pathetic stuff, no latest collection available. Even the jaquar taps and shower they sell for 5500rs are 2008 edition. Complete mockery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showroom is fine for tiles(best rates for kajaria tiles in Sahibabad, Indirapuram area), for taps and shower they dont have anything other brand than those overrated jaquar bathroom fittings. Also they dont take back items once sold, even if it's packed one.
