Take 100%advance but don't deliver material on given time
No discount here
I had purchased my house tiles from here and I had to follow up more than 100 times to get my tiles, since they take 100%advance payment, customer is stuck and at the mercy of this shop owner Mr Aggarwal, he never informs about status of tiles, you have to follow up multiple times to get your material,as if he is obliging you by delivery. My second lot is still pending even after instantly paying 100%advance amount, will not recommend this to anyone.
