★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible staff will deal with you, you have to pay all money in advance, and they will say your tiles will be replaced if any defective box is unopened, also they are taking from the site such defective tiles confirming you will get the replaced tile box delivery within a week, but neither they will provide the replacement nor they will refund the same. I have purchase last month tiles from there (Yash Tiles, 12/4, Main Mathura Road,, Opp. Sarai Toll Plaza, Faridabad, Haryana) but they are not replacing the defective tile boxes after taking the defective box at the same time and just ignoring all calls and messages. How customers will rely on Kajaria for further dealings in such way?
Such dealers and such staffs of kajaria are just poor spot in the reputation and name of the company and are leading to poor publicity of Kajaria brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, irresponsible & careless staff and service. I bought sanitory items of cost 20k from them & here what they delivered:
1. They delivered multiple faulty & missing parts.
2. They made me to their main dealer in sector 21 c for any issues multiple times.
3. They did not pickup my calls.
4. They delivered incorrect/incompaible parts & did not take it back. I had to break my washroom wall due to their negligence.
5. They asked me double amount for one missing part.
Kajaria customer care did not take any action becouse as per them this dealer is not a direct dealer but some sub-dealer, which justify their sub standard.
As per them they are ISO standard company and they don't make any mistakes & Such incidents should bear by customers only. This approch and ego is not good for any business.
