★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom is closed since march 2020 due to covid and has not opened yet. All the other brands showrooms are open. Kajaria outlets are open but the Display centre is still closed.
Im editing the review yet again today. What is the point of opening more and more display centres when you are not ready to operate in India's capital city.
Every time I call customer care they mention that the display centre is closed due to corona. Is there a dead line by when you will start operating in Delhi display centre.
Please update your customer care representatives to provide us the address of bug showrooms that have good amount of samples.
We are tired of going to small small dealer shops.
Somany, Johnson and all others have their display centres operating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really very sad that this brand claims of being a prominent tile selling brand but provides the worst customer service.
The dealer is promoting different shades of tiles in the showroom, assures of delivering in 3 days but delivers a wrong set of tiles. The dealer and the company representatives start blaming each, instead of giving you a solution.
Now, you as a customer end up paying for the tiles and then keep following up for a redressal, which is the worst. Due to this, your work stops.
I have been waiting for over 8 days now and there is no confirmation on the date of replacement for the tiles. The most horrible part is that this is happening after they have acknowledged and inspected that the tiles that have been sent are wrong. The customer service keeps saying that they have forwarded the enquiry - 'I don't know to whom?!' and then provides you a SPOC (Single point of contact) after constant persuasion. After all this, when you call the SPOC, you get a standard line 'that they will update'. When you don't get an update, you follow up and the SPOC stops taking your enquiry calls. It is frustrating to see this sort of mismanagement where the customer remains in stress. It is not just shameful, but sad that this brand makes its own customers follow-up and chase for a resolution.
Even the smallest retail shops have offered way better service and immediate solutions, but Kajaria has simply let me down. Please be careful while placing your orders, because you won't get appropriate support for your concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst tiles ever I seen, I have purchased Kajaria eternity tiles it has so much bend, I have given complaint and one technician came and checked but he is telling that bend is ok, it's there in maximum limit. And he told I will send a batch report but he didn't send. I'm asking for replacement but they are not at all taking about replacement and blaming is only.
