★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The salesmen forces you to buy even if you aren't liking anything.Instead of assisting you they get highly irritated if you are not sure what you plan to buy . Collection is somewhat good but the people who show it are indeed pathetic. You Get better attention and service at small shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother bought a dress from Kalakruti and she called them up and ask if they would exchange it. She called on the same day. They told her yes, saying they are ready to exchange. On reaching the shop on the same day, they simply declined to exchange. When my mom asked why did you tell yes on phone to which they reply we misunderstood you with some other customer. They are really unprofessional and there's no value of their words.
