My daughter is a student of a KALAMANDALAM Golf green br. I have a very bitter & shocking experience . They harrassed my 9 years old kid mentally by not allowing her in class day after day. when I asked the reason, - 1/ they simply pressurised me over the phone for repaying admission fee. Because. My daughter was absent for physical class during covid- restricted period (from Mid October_2021 to January_2021) . Inspite of repeated knocking about class - mode, they didn't communicate with me. Their maintanace & sanitisation is not satisfactory & safe for the kids. But, they are just too rude and arrogant to accept any opinion from guardians. Their online class system is very poor & hazardous but they don't even care. They r communicable only when they ask for money. Otherwise they don't even bother for Student- interest. I have no complain about teacher- he is very good. But , the authority or the person (Mr. Soumit Kutty) representing KLM authority is really enough to destroy the respect we have for #GuruThankamani Kutty and KALAMANDALAM. They simply blocked me when I asked some logical question and they failed to anser.
THEY R NOT ALLOWING A 9 yrs OLD KID TO THE CLASS TILL D DATE.
