★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are very nice. I am a regular customer. Few staffs from 1st floor(kurti,dress) section need to be professional. Afternoon time I had a bad experience.I went to buy a kurti but the lady who was showing has not at all interested to show me kurtis.By showing some 5-10 dresses asking me to choose.She told only these many are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So it was my first shopping at Kalamandir for my brother's wedding and I brought 2 dresses for myself at first I was feeling good about the experience and the sales girl who attended me was very patient and sweet I got it altered from the same store itself. Just after 2 days I wore 1 of the dresses and I was really embarrassed at the event as my dress was torn actually the stitching was poor hence it started coming off from all the sides moreover the cloth was not great I realized late. The next day I went to the store to return/exchange the dress and the people out there started giving me excuses that it was too tight for me hence this happened but let me tell you the dress was actually fitting loose even after the alterations. After 1 hour of discussions and waiting still they didn't agree for exchange I told them to return it to the vendor because no customer would take that dress. But the lady at the cash couter and the store owner were least bothered to take it back instead convinced me that they would remove the stitches and stich it back properly. I was promised this to happen in 2 days and its been 12 days I have done multiple follow ups by visiting personally to the store and calling the owner on his mobile but the least they would say is they will get back to me as it would take some more days. Lastly I am sure that I am never gonna shop anything from this unprofessional store neither I am going to advise others to visit this store. Worst experience and unprofessional management.
