★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst dealer I have ever seen in my life. I bought a Jupiter in 2019.. Because of their careless and hopeless paperwork, I got RC book almost after 2.5years i.e last week (Feb 2022).
2-3 months after I bought the vehicle, I went to RTO to check the RC book status. RTO officer said to me that the Dealer TVS Kalamkar has not yet done HSRP which is mandatory to submit to the RTO. Then I went to the Kalamkar showroom.
Their Manager Yogesh Ingawale said we will do.. But he didn't pay attention. Then it took another 3-4 months but still HSRP data is pending from Kalamkar Dealer.. I gave almost 100 calls to Yogesh Ingawale but still he didn't pay attention. Don't understand why TVS Kalamkar gives a job to this kind of hopeless and careless people..
After raising a complaint to TVS motors, my issue gets resolved and RC book got delivered almost after 2.5years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 star Rating given on basis of overall experiences... in oct 2021, i had given my mpoed for servicing... while taking delivery after service, keys were misplaced by showroom guys. Got them after 1 hour of hunt... later march 2022, moped got major breakdown.. showroom guys told me that engine oil was not at all in vehicle, becoz of that I had to get the engine replaced with new parts, total expense of 15000/-... not at all acceptable for me... they cheated and service is Not at all good ..

Manager is good with people, he handles everyone with manners.
Liked his attitude.
They have scooty in stock more than bikes, but waiting time 10-12 days that is good.

She did not force into buying the most expensive option but rather the one we were comfortable riding. I liked her customer service approach. All other staff members were nice and helpful as well.
