★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have started to buy on line through Zomato and Swiggy only few months back, initially they were supplying fresh product but since last two buys they are supplying from old stocks like dry, hard (pure ghee bundiya), dry kesariya peda. I hope they are not supplying product like their head office at Burabazar (earlier it was my family's favorite place) but now I find them near to our residence, they have started to cheat customers (may be their staffs are doing mischevious activities). I hope stern action must be taken by the owner or government agencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small outlet of the original Kali Godam of Burrabazaar in Lake Market area of South Kolkata. Has a wide variety of sweets, savouries and snack items. The famous jalebi, imarti and boondias are superb. Bhujia, chanachur, chirwa, sawali, nimki, mathi, chips, mixtures, ghatia, suhali are endless. Snacks like sandwiches, kachoris, dhoklas, samosas, alu chop are yummilicious. Also have cakes and chocolates. Fresh club kachori, matar kachori, chats, raj kachori and chenna sweets are a must have. Staff are courteous and helpful. They need to improve their labeling and have price and name printed on the packets.

Filling was super tasty. It was prepared fresh and packed. When it came it was still warm. Luckily none of them broke in transit. Tuesday's veg day done right!
Kesar Sandesh (8/10): Was very good. Fresh and soft. Could have been a bit more thick for the price. Perfectly sweet, looks good, but could fall apart easily.
Bhakarwadi (5/10): Not as good as hot chips ones or the ones I had in Pune. Just tastes like a Jugaadu version.
If they retain these prices they will always be worth it
