★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Place is over rated and frankly speaking this shop are so famous for some big dull brains customers mind ads . Nothing less they take even I found some of the items they loot customers . Basically as per my todays visit knowledge I found cotton saree which is selling in other shop in madhyamgram they sell that product in less price but in other items they loot simply. I didn't found so good that people say like "kalimata kalimata madhyamgram " ?? over rated and they loot in garments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today my aged parents went to the shop for purchasing sarees ...but the behaviour of the salesmen was very rude..frst of all they are not willing to show sarees and then they say to leave the shop.... I am staying at nagpur and i do bulk shopping from there but from today's behaviour they really let me down.. i know that the reviews given by the customers are not read by them nor vl they take any action... But a shop vl function only when customers are satisfied and today they really lost a valuable customer

I had heard a lot about this shop and whenever we go to Kolkata on holidays we buy a lot of sarees and cloth for us and for our relative as well.
But the worst experience happened a few days ago when my aged parents went to buy a saree and had to face the rude and arrogant behavior of a sales person. The sales person forces them to buy the saree. He told that when you dont wanna buy then why did you see .. They had to face the rude behavior of the sales person. What's the use of having such a big shop if the sales person can't respect the senior citizens..From now on we have decided that now we will not buy anything from the shop because they are not fit for their service

Salesperson are rude and they dont want to show variety to the customer.They ask the customer to leave the shop .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Rude Behavior of sales person. Denied outrightly to show sarees to my senior citizen parents.
They should remember they can sell sarees only when their sales person are willing to show varieties they have. What's the point of large collection of sarees if you don't have sales person who are ready to show them.
Very very Bad Experience ???
