β β β β β This clinic is run by a fraud(ΰ¬ ΰ¬) doctor who has cheated me. He has taken 5000 in advance for orthodontic treatment. Then delegated me to a junior doctor who is not at all experienced for 10 minutes job she took 1 hour. even after that 15days later my tooth got relapsed. I was dissatisfied with their service so asked to refund my advance after deduction of their one time charge.
The doctor abused(used very bad words) me , became very violent, threatened and told not to return money which I had given in advance. also he did not give me the Bill or Invoice.
Facts-
1. Is this the conduct of a doctor?
2. does not a consumer has the right to get invoice?
3. does not the consumer has right to be informed about the price before ?
4. does not the consumer have right to ask for refund if not wished to continue with their service?
Above all where is the decency of a human being? at this time of COVID crisis instead of helping people, they want profiteer and plunder, I mean for god shake where is your humanity?
I am sure i am not his first victim he has done this before. people faced similar events lets unite and take action, Its no longer a matter of money its about bringing these people to justice, making them accountable for their wrong doing.

β β β β β This clinic is running by some fake dentist who haven't passed their dentist exam. They are very skilled like if u have any problem in your teeth, instead of curing it, they'll directly remove the teeth and problem solved. This is the procedure they were practiced in their college.
I am writing this as same thing has happened one of my friend. He lost his beautiful teeth because of these skilled doctor.
So please be careful before visiting this clinic.

β β β β β Worst service and care. They mishandle patients by giving chances to students to handle patients who are comorbid and they don't care about patient's age factor. The students experiment and always make mistakes while handling patients which is not at all expected. The senior doctors don't even care to look after the patient. They leave everything on the hands of students. For which, patients suffer a lot. This highly unprofessional thing shouldn't be entertained in clinics while patients pay their hard earned money for the treatment. I am saying this from the painful experience of one of my family relation.

β β β β β I am Srikant Biswal & i happened to visit Kalinga Center of Advanced Dental Care for my Mothers Teeth Replacement, & there i met Dr Tushar Kanti & Dr Monalisa, they were extremely caring & they seriously made effort to understand the issue. My mother is very particular about what she wants, & the beauty is, she was made absolutely comfortable. They took the measurement & in just few days the replacement teeth arrived & we got a call from the Clinic, When my mother reached there, she was treated so well that, she didn't even require my presence there, in few minutes the procedure was over & she didn't even realize that the teeth are replaced & she is feeling so comfortable & happy.
