★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came across Kalinga Fresh online store while searching for home delivery of fruits and vegetables in Bhubaneswar. Placed an order for fruits and the quality did meet our expectations. I have now placed multiple online orders within days of my first interaction with them. Customer support is up to the mark and they do respond quickly. Very easy to reach out to them on phone call and WhatsApp. They accept multiple modes of payment which is easier for customers. I do recommend them if you are looking for online order and home delivery in BBSR area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, I ordered vegetables and fruits, vegetables spoiled in second day not fresh, too costly and grapes I received totally spoiled I have discarded it, jaggery also I ordered, it was not pure jaggery they have sent fully mixed with rock sugar, I can't even use it, simply wasted my money, I suggest please don't order from this website site they r cheating too badly. I don't want to give 1 star but there is no option for 0 so I gave 1.

Honestly there's no comparison to the level of quality they maintain with each and every order.
It's not like they procure anything from outside pack it and send the same they procure 'The Best' kind of everything and then send it across. So yes they stand out like no one else does.
In simple words "They're a notch higher than any other delivery service in the city..".

I have ordered veggies and groceries several times , and they have always given me good quality products and with very smooth hassle free delivery. Ordering food necessities in this current Covid situation in Odisha was a pain for me being out of India.. but I thank Kalinga Fresh for their amazing management and keeping up with the hygiene standards and delivering happiness in this necessary times. Can't thank you enough. Just keep doing the great service that you have been doing till now.. will be ordering more too.. i would say the best in Odisha for delivering good quality products.

Having gotten used to Big Baskets and Swiggy Instamarts etc., I wasn't sure if I'd get home delivery services in Bhubaneswar. And then I found Kalinga Fresh online. Not only do they have good product line, they have great service. They WhatsApp customers for queries regarding an order, instead of others who just say at the time of delivery that certain product/s is/are not available. I highly recommend Kalinga Fresh.
The only thing missing is an app.
