★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. I stayed for 4 here during my engineering. No Noise pollution.. Calm and quiet place ever.. But Sub Roads need to be repaired well in some of the parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a planned area. Bhubaneswar DevelopmMent Authority (BDA) has developed this area. In the beginning, BDA provided core houses. The finishing like flooring, doors, windows, wiring, colouring etc are done by the owner of the house. The place is 7 kms from airport, 4 kms from bus stand. Recently Regalia Mall has been built in the area along national high way which houses prominent retail companies. Inox cinema is also there in the mall. Kalinga Bihar is very neat and clean. My house is in this area.
