★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. They're not given any kind of training before joining. (This was spoken by the one who cut my hair.) I showed him a picture of my regular haircut and still he completely spoiled the hairstyle..I had to shout there. When it came to shampoo the hair, the water tank was empty so they washed my hair with cold water. Badly disappointed.

No hygiene no courtesy n no cleanliness at all.
The guy who was cutting my hair stopped cutting it just so that he can talk on his personal phone.
My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 am and they did not take me in until 12:40 pm.
There was lot of mess around and hair on the floor and no one was cleaning it from vacant chairs
Please do not fall for their coupons and offers. Any streetside hair dresser will have better hygiene then this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the appointment was booked for 6.30 and it was not until 7 they took me for haircut, that too after a lot of follow ups. Not that they were very unprofessional but were least interested in doing the job. This by far the worst haircut I have ever had. There are definitely better salons out there, this being recommended by my friend, I did visit once and that will remain once. Please visit somewhere else where it can have value for money. Not recommended.

I came to the salon on last Saturday on 4-January 2020 and got hair smoothening done. I came back again on Monday to get hair wash . When I asked for the bill, I received the same for Rs 5000 only, although I paid 7500 for this service along with the products.
I mailed my concern to the owner also, but there was no answer.
If you are availing the service, please make sure to take the bill for the original amount charged.
