The meat is very fresh, cleaned extremely well and they weight it accurately. The butchers there pay attention to your requirement and will give you the cuts as desired by you.
The guys are very honest and will let you know when they do not have a specific variety or cut. This is probably one of the few shops where you can also get hand minced keema. They have also been regularly stocking Shaan spices.
