★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please spare some time and read full and honest review.This is my personal experience which I encountered while my grandmother was admitted.This review gives brief about my experience while 3days at hospital.
Infrastructure= 7/10
Over all infrastructure is good and equipments are in well condition.It is a 9 floor building found at outer location from junagadh city.
Doctors=8/10
There are nearly 10 to 11 doctors team among doctor aghera is profound and very experienced doctor.
Staff and doctor behaviour=3/10
It is the worst thing about this hospital,staff is quite egoistic and mannerless.They seem like they even don't care about patient and don't know how to behave.Worst type of staff that I have seen in my life.But the main thing is that when we complaint about the behaviour of one staff member,even doctor took side of him!!!!!!? Well this type of behaviour was not expected from a doctor and the experience even worsen.
(Even when I asked for paper napkin or tissue,the main nurse simply said "we don't have any tissue paper here!!!"??? What kind of staff is there that they don't give tissue paper...
General accommodities and medicines=4/10
Well medicines are generally expensive and
Not same for all so not discussed ,but one thing that matters is cleanliness of hospital.
The general Ward and premisis are clean but the ICU Ward and other critical areas are surprisingly not properly clean.They even had open wire and condutes open from when dust was coming in the room of C.T.SCAN!!!!!!!!
So my over all experience towards this all stuff and toward staff and doctor was very poor and disheartening that lead me to give only 1 star.Please don't waste your expenses for the poor experience when you can have much batter experience for the same cost.

So pls dont go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even this is not prefarble for one star.. Unfair practice only for money..poor icu ward...there is no monitoring system.. in efficient staff..one doctor handling 200 plus patients..
Hospital staff treated patients as a prisoner..poor service...
Money making machine in this pandemic ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalp Hospital is No 1 in Junagadh. Dr Aghera & Staff are too humble. I think I seen first Doctor in entire Junagadh That he give first priority to patients & treatment not to money. This is my personal experience
