I purchased a dress which had bad Cotton silk material which got torn from the main stitches and got stretched on lower back. instead of accepting their faulty product they refused to exchange it nor return the money back and instead I was insulted in front of other customers by accusing me of mishandling the dress. such rude and unprofessional people must not be allowed to exist in a nation which respects the right of a consumer and respects a woman's dignity across religions.
