From customers, they always take undue advantage from customers, also they charge per day penalty if you do not take your goods with in 3 or 4 days, they even do not listen to anybody if any emergency is there, my suggestion for all the business person and individuals plz don't go for KALPANA CARGO. Plz choose other daily parcel services... There are so many other options available in the market.
