★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst pg of that area with cheater owner. When i went to live in the pg i signed a contract that i have to inform 3 months ago before i vacant my pg else my advance i.e. rent of 1 month will not be refundable. However when i wished to vacant my pg without prior notice he said that i need to give rent of 2 months ahead if i dont inform him as per his terms. It took me 5 days until i lost my patience to make him agree on the terms that i had signed. Now this owner is going to put his nonsense below my comment that i am making false excuses to defame his business. I challenge this owner that if he thinks i m lying and trying to defame his business then he can file case against me. (I have all his conversation recorded in my phone). I will be answering him in court. Don't come in 5 star reviews that you see here. All good reviews are given by his own and his relatives personal account..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living here since January 2020, and I can assure you this is one of the clean and safest pg you can see in this area. Not to mention the food is so much better.
The adminstration takes good care and resolves any issues immediately.
Also you can find many south indians here.
If you are looking for a reasonable price and good place to stay, I definitely recommend you to vist this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pg in Salt Lake sector 5. Rooms are totally neat and clean and well organized. Staff is very friendly and especially owner. You will feel like metting your own people. It's location is 2 mins away from Technopolish Building. Food quality is also good.
