★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice complex to live. Lots of breathing space to move around. But the maintenance could be better. The tenants get a raw deal. Moving in and out you need to pay to Society 8k each time while owners need not pay and you need to pay for gym and swimming pool. Otherwise it's a good place location wise also.
