The construction quality is amazing. One of my friends stay in this property and really appreciates the detailing done by Kalpataru group in this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever with Kalpataru builder. Booked flat in immensa at pre-launch in 2016. At that time promise was made to give possession on 2019 but still many of there customers are facing issues. No one at management willing to take responsibility of delay. Even false they change the agreement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked flat in Kalpataru Immensa in May 2016, they assured us possession in December 2019 but still we are struggling for possession. As per agreement, we can't sale the flat. We are facing huge losses by paying interest & rent. As per RERA, revised possession date is 2024. Why they took 8 years to provide the possession & they least bothered about home buyers hard money which they invested & the losses they faced. They almost take 90% amount from us & also not giving possession. Please think before to buy in Kalpataru Parkcity project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please think wisely before investing with Kalpataru Parkcity. They haven’t delivered existing projects. People who brought property in 2016 and nowhere they seem to be delivered by 2025.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great township development with huge grand central park... loved the concept and planning of overall development... all kinds of configurations available from 1BHK to 4BHK and Duplex... all kind of possession period available from ready to 2years and 4years... Price starts from 75lakhs and goes upto 4 Cr.
