★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very old building, with a questionable structure. No lift in any building, so if you are not fit enough to climb stairs, stay away from here. The society is also located next to a open sewer, so the smell and the bugs which come along with it, is very welcoming. If you have a car, good luck getting a parking. People are similar to other societies. Some mind their business, the rest are nosey because they have nothing better to do in life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalpita Enclave is a housing society in Andheri East. The front wing has many shops, eateries and offices.
This society is bang opposite to the Maruti Nexa Showroom. Andheri Train Station and Metro station are at a walkable distance. The western express highway too is at a walking distance.
