Only 50 gemstones ARRIVED after New Year.

46 Gemstones have edges and facets that are CHIPPED
10 Gemstones were the NOT THE COLOUR SHOWN
Kristi refuses to refund the amount for the stones despite not being correct and refuses the shipping costs to return the goods. She has since stopped replying to me.
