★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Residential Project in the Western Suburbs , No Car Parking Space no Bike Parking , When we entered the Society Premises we saw Drunk People Playing Cards and When we asked them to give us Way to go in and come out they started Quarrelling with us and Started Giving Bad Words to us in front of our Ladies , but still we had decided to book a Flat due to the Budget but Fortunately some Tenants staying in the Society said there is constant Water and Power Cuts and they said if we ask the Society Members about the Water And Power Cuts they Also start Quarrelling and threatening the Tenants .
Overall our Experience with Sethia Kalpvruksh Heights was very Bad .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know how this building plan is passed and government allowed this to be in place. No free space. The parking area is dangerously cluttered. In emergency - ambulance or fire engines will not be able to enter the premise in night. No space for children to plan even walk properly. BMC should take note of this seriously and take serious action.
