★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to actually eat food in its authentic form at the cheapest price, it's competitors such as "Maharaja" and "Sagar" have almost similar pricing (mostly higher) but the quality of the ingredients used by the competitors is surprisingly low as compared to liberty,
For instance,
fried chicken chowmien of both the restaurants
Maharaja offers - double chicken chowmien at 140 and you'll have to pay probably 5-10 rs extra to add a fired egg whereas
Liberty offers it at - 130 with eggs included ( granted that it is chicken chowmien not "double chicken chowmien" )
And also
Liberty uses chicken nuggets in making the dishes
Whereas maharaja uses simple cut up pieces
And when you actually eat both of them, the difference is surprisingly very high
Liberty's dish actually tastes like authentic Chinese whereas maharaja's tastes like some indian mixed version of the same dish
Therefore
If you are really craving for just chicken, I'd suggest you maharaja
But
If you want to enjoy and taste the dish in its true form, then liberty it is....
