Staff has zero knowledge.
Staff member has been changed daily. Behavior of staff is arrogant.
Even manager is irresponsible and don't know about his own bank policies and rules.
I have been visited the prime arcade, Surat branch 5 times for account opening and every time they gave me new excuse and found mistakes in form filling and documents.
