★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in account opening process.
Staff has zero knowledge. Staff member has been changed daily. Behavior of staff is arrogant.
Even manager is irresponsible and don't know about his own bank policies and rules.
I have been visited the prime arcade, Surat branch 5 times for account opening and every time they gave me new excuse and found mistakes in form filling and documents.
