★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist need more training, about how to deal with customers.
i recently visit there center @kavi nagar about some tests, they told me that come tomorrow morning empty stomach & it will cost u Rs1600.
When i received my reports Lady on Reception demands me Rs1750 & she did'nt want to listen any thing. The only words from her side was. "u have to pay Rs1750 for the Tests" Disgusting people......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible, Pathetic behavior and skill level of staff and doctors at kavinagar center. The visiting doctors are very new and unexperienced. They made my case more worst even they were not taking any responsibility of the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad .I would never recommend it.They are unable to take a simple Chest Xray.They don't have any knowledge. Don't ever go to them.Horrible reporting too.How can doctor report on Xray which was not taken properly. They didn't told that XRay had to be done again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility was neat and tidy. Doctor was efficient , focused and give his full attention to patient. I found everything ok till I used toilet .It was so dirty that you may catch urinary infection there.A black spot on the fair name of diagnostic center.

Xray print was not so clear, they do not have email option for xray films

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's too unhygienic. Smells a lot. This is my first time i came here for ultrasound of my mother. And staff is unmanaged. I suggest to go spend some extra money but i would never come back here. As a diagnostic center it should be clean and hygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Xray technician is good (2 stars for him). But the receptionist was strangely ill mannered. Instead of welcoming patients she seemed really upset and disappointed about us walking in at 8 pm. Didn't bother to keep her words to herself and bluntly told us to not waste her time when we asked for more details on Xray pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience here, my wife went for Colored Doppler Ultrasound here. We had a very bad experience with Doc. He did not explain us anything about ultrasound and wanted to finish the test quickly without answering us anything. Also, this place is not hygienic. Untrained staff - NO work ethics.
