★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE , I Repeat DO NOT GO to this place for any kind of product or service, you'll regret it for the rest of your life. The staff only cares about money money and money with little to no regards to customer needs and satisfaction.
The product you get from here will either be damaged or will be delivered to you at least a month or two later than actually promised or both, so if you are in search for a showroom with tiles and bathroom fittings i urge you not to go there or you'll regret it. Search elsewhere and you'll be much happier.
I was promised that i will be getting my delivery within 3-4 days and here i am 30-40 days later still didn't get the complete delivery. Either they send you broken tiles or even don't send you your complete order then they ask for full money. The tiles i asked were all double charged but the order i got had only half of them and the rest were single charged.
The staff doesn't have the knowledge of their trade they don't even know how many tiles are there in a single carton, sometimes they tell 2 sometimes 4, very unsupportive uncooperative and non welcoming staff. The owner has left the reigns of the showroom to their staff who make false commitments to their customers and don't acknowledge it later, so go anywhere other than this store.
