★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really shocking experience from a Kalyan outlet! Nobody bothers to attend the customers. On complaining to billing/reception, got a rude response that whenever salesperson is free, he will attend! There was nobody asking customer to take a seat too! Atlast when somebody attended, she was very reluctant to assist. Totally disastrous experience from a Kalyan outlet....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do have a lot of diversity for selection of items in all categories.
The staff is cordial and do explain the ins and outs and every aspect of the product you're selecting.
However, we had a little odd experience once we decided that we do not want to buy anything. The staff kept on pushing us to deposit a lump sum amount to 'put the items of our liking' on the side. They kept on insisting that we deposit some amount before going to visit other competitors.
When we said NO repeatedly, they called their managers to try to convince us yet again, and even make us feel a little guilty for taking our time to explore.
This really did push us away, surely. We could have gone back to select an item or two, but we chose not to just because of this behavior from the staff.
We honestly expected better from a brand this big and so widespread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Pathetic”… one single word to explain the entire experience. Starting from the sales person to billing to hospitality.. every thing was pathetic.. they were not interested in showing the designs.. they treat customer as if customer has come for just chilling in AC & not buying..
They didn’t ask for water even after purchase of jewellery worth ₹1lakh.. we had coupons to redeem otherwise we were out within 15mins.. redemption process took 1Hr+… worst experience ever had on a jewellery showroom.. designs were good but staff was so pathetic that spoils all the joy of purchasing..
We had worst experience of lifetime at any buying experience..
Not advisable to visit them.. you will regret!!

These are all scam.once you deposit money here ....you will be in great loss and there will no other option.
I suggest try other 916 hallmark shops.
These poeple have outdated stock.
Wrost experience. Two times they did this to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very wide range or collection, designs are mostly traditional, their gold rates are lower than the market but making charges are high, so it comes down to same. If u compare with big local jewellers than u will be disappointed, kalyan's customer service, staff etc are no mathch to likes of Motisons etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic after sales services. Even after 15 days, I am yet to receive my due amount. And the concerning person is forcing me to visit the store to get back the amount ( and have a look at their new collection ?).The amount can easily be transferred via paytm or bank transfer yet they want me to visit the store. And then they wish I would avail their offers and schemes. ? Kindly try to improve the services so that you don’t have to struggle retaining your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very poor. They damaged the ear rings given for repair (made it look more worse). This forced me for exchange, for which they needed original bill in hard copy (when others are moving to e-bills). After providing the original bill, they have to get it approved from their headquarters through mail. They kept me waiting at the reception for an hour. It's better you go to other jewellers. They provide much better after sale services. I am never going back to Kalyan Jewellers again.

But making charge is little bit higher than usual market.. but in the case of product no doubt to buy you can buy as per your choice.. all staff well mannered they guide very politely.
