★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's nice but I generally don't feel comfortable here. Unless you are buying big wedding sets or diamond jewellery you won't get much attention. Service is only aggressive at the ground floor were wedding and diamond jewellery is displayed.
If you go up for rings and earrings or silver jewellery.. You will have to wait forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever purchase anything here. Worst customer management. Staff don't pay attention to customers. And about their collections, it's average. Traditional & mostly south Indian designs you can get. If you are looking for latest or any contemporary designs , then it's not the place . Their making charges is so high even they make people fool by providing some discounts on making charges. Still it remains Rs.1100/ to 2000/ per gram. Store ambience is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what to say. The appreciation alone won't be sufficient. I had an amazing experience at Kalyan Jewellers. The staff members were very polite, professional and friendly. They helped me finding the right jewelleries. I would give 120 out of 100 for their service. Very well mannered staff. They won't let you come out empty handed. Thanks Kalyan Jewellers and kudos to your staff, keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store ambience is good with ample parking space for vehicles. The jewellery designs are good. However the making charges starts from Rs.1100 per gm which is very high. The company should avoid showing making charge starts from Rs.199 which is misleading. Staff are courteous and friendly. Old gold exchange takes time as they go for melting the gold before assessing its value/price (even if it is hallmark gold). It feels like hallmarking has no meaning.
