Probably Iam comparing to that of their huge stores in Kerala.
However this store offers all your clothing need all under one roof and caters to all shoppers from kids to adults. If you are in a family out for shopping this will be a one stop shop for your clothings needs.
I have been their customer since ages and their services are good, however I would have liked more of they have as many collections as in their other Kerala stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not comparable to the Kalyan Silks outlets in Kerala. The collection is not that varied. And more appealing collection is available at Kerala. Great service. Spacious. Following Covid regulations and checks. Location is great as it is close to Commercial street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my friends to Kalyan silks. We got nice apparel at very good prices. One of the staff members Mr. Hari Prasad, was very accommodating and friendly. He understood our requirements and helped us buy the right items. Great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was very crowded. The staff were friendly and helped in picking out the clothes. The quality of clothes could have been better. The clothes on "offer" are not of very good quality so, it felt more like a clearance sale than a sale during the festive season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad collection compared to Kalyan Silks in Kerala. When this was opened initially they had good collection but now it looks no different from other shops. We find better quality fabric and dresses in local shops around Commercial St. I hope you take this criticism well so that you get back the old quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered "Charming Pink Yellow Colored Kanchivaram Silk Saree With Blouse - SK170 " with order id: KY29687 from KALYANISILKS, after seeing many positive reviews but the actual saree/product I received didn't match with the image shown on the website. Especially the quality of the saree is poor or completely different from the image shown on the website. So I mailed them thrice and contacted them through whatsapp to take the saree/ product back but they did not respond even after one week. So please think twice before ordering from Kalyanisilks.

I was ultimately happy with the experience provided by him and it led me to my buying decision. He deserves all praises.

Don't be cheated from this order. You can't return or get back your money. I m giving complaints against this in consumer court
