I was treated very gently and got a lot of Cooperation.

All staffs and DIO are corrupt. Extremely bad.

Very slow at work, typical government office... Staffs are hungry all the time

Staffs were cooperative & no body asked for money..

You can't get your PV done without bribe.. They will shamelessly ask for money.

Worse please for passport police verification.. They even ask for some money for them.. Shameless government stuffs... Out of our search range. Even sometimes u may not find it properly..

Its a place where you can verify your details about your identity,residential addresse and other documents for the purpose of your jobs,aadhar card and passport. Its run by intelligence office. Here the place is made of 3 houses,only 1 in use. It has 4 rooms,where your details will be verified in 3 steps. People are helpful here,but the system goes in a very formal way. There is no parking place. Its not a proper office or corporate space,abandoned houses are being used for official work. There is a park opposite to this office.

Passport Seva: Absolutely worthless. Found only 2 frontal desk people helpful. They are not officers I think. Saw these people in a local ward office. They even don't know what papers to arrange. They arranged two different set of papers for two different times of my verification!! Wow!! So, they don't know what they are doing. Still they were friendly at least. The 2 interviewing officers in the inner rooms are the worst possible humans. Very rude, very bad attitude. They harassed me even when I had all the exact papers in absolute order. No mistakes in any documents. All clear and in proper order. But still, I was harrassed. Third person in the back is the worst of them all. Will try to manipulate you and ask for money. They will say: *give something for sweets* They expect about 500/- per person. These craps asked me for bribe and when I refused to pay they sent adverse report. I was redirected to Kolkata RPO and I had to painstakingly apply for re-verification. The next time I went to this god forsaken D.I.B office for re-verification they suddenly found problems in the same papers which they absolutely approved on previous verification. At first they harrassed me saying I didn't appear in the first verification. Worthless officers themselves sent adverse report in the first place. Total stupidity. Again asked me bribe and refused to clear my files and badly harrassed me for unnecessary documents. I kept my logic and argued and said I'll go legal ways. So, I filed three complaints against these worthless officers. 1st in Anti corruption cell. 2nd in Ministry of External Affairs. 3rd in Public Service Complaint forum. And Voila! Passport cleared in one week ...... Absolute piece of craps these people. Worthless. Harassers. Corrupt Don't bend to these corrupt officers. They are the reason this country is going down. Hit them head on and strongly protest against bribery. D.I.B office my a**
