Had booked a train ticket which i wanted to cancel but they were very rude and unwilling to follow the process. Never approach them for anything i would recommend other agents or best do it yourself. In the name of customized travel plans they would send you around a couple of plans and stop all forms correspondences even if you are not satisfied with them and till you pay a handsome amount as advance. You will be in the dark about the type of hotels they would block for you till you pay the money. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would give them one star. Never had such experience in my life.
