★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a appointment for 5 pm ...when clearly 6 more pateint were ahead of me ...my turn came at 7 pm ....the assistant should not giv a appointment so ealry to all the patients when clearly they are taking 20 mins for each patient ...what the point of taking a appointment when your going to make us wait for 2 hours .....
A better manage is needed .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Clinic is Very Neet & Clean place, Calm light music playing while waiting, AC Room, Specially Doctor Very Good & attains every patient calmly with thorough Eye check up and Explanation, I am a regular Visitor since 8yrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service, one can ever imagine. My mother went to see Dr. Suvarna, she is just trying to eat the money. It's about the business not about the patient. I will not recommend her in future to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father is an almost blind 75 year old man - Double checked a 3:30 PM appointment. They make us wait for 15 minutes and then ask us to wait for another 20 minutes. When we started asking why they're doing us, Dr Suvarna comes out and says I don't like patients asking questions so I don't want to see your father.
Suggestion - If you value your time, go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting for 40 mins with out 74 year old Dad, the Dr. Comes out to tell us that she will not be looking at our Dad's case as she dosnt like people who ask questions.
Well if you have given somone an appointment it's good manners to stick to it.. n if you don't let the people waiting know about it...
These doctors are in public service and they take an oath to it, quiet sly of them to forget about it!
It would be nice if these places have some manners towards people..
If you have such free time and the patience to put up with the doctor's attitude then pls do go ahead else stay away from this place..!
