This shop don't even deserve one star. I really had a very bad experience. I was going and buying things from this shop from last 7 years. But this time the experience is worst. I bought two bedsheets in the month of July, 2018 and used one of them and it got completely decolored after single wash. I didn't said anything coz I thought sometime it happen with cotton bedsheets, even while buying there boy gave me assurance that their will be so minor color change. Then the second bedsheets I used after 6 months in January end, coz it was a good bedsheets with good design and pattern so I kept it for Special occasions. But after one wash that bedsheets also got the colour patches of it's own pattern on the white base and both the pillow cover got torn threads everywhere. Then I went on shop on 23rd February to buy curtains and mentioned the owner about the bedsheets. He said ma'am are aap leke to aate hum dekh lete. And luckily or by bad luck I bought one washing machine cover too the same day and it's zipper didn't work when I used it at home. So on Monday 25th February I went to their shop again and took those bedsheets too coz the owner asked me to get it. Even I didn't asked to exchange the bedsheets which I used earlier coz I washed 3 4 time, but when I asked for exchange the bedsheet which I used last month only and washed only for one time, the worker their started showing me bedsheets of 200-300 Rs in exchange of 700 rs sheet. And when I said I will not buy this, he said 6 mahine baad badalne ke liye laoge to kaun badlega. And the owner was so rude that time. He said customers ko yahi lagata hai ki wo sahi hain or hum pagal. And all this happened when I bought curtains of worth Rs. 9000 one day before from their shop. I left that bedsheet then and there only. *So no respect for customer. Even if you are their seven year old customer. * No responsibility for their own products Worst experience. Would not recommend any one to go there. There are many more shops in Sadar Bazar that can give you variety of products in very good prices. And also the owner don't even bother about the reviews. He said aap likh do jo likhna hai

Highly unprofessional when it comes to delivering curtains. Aa promised the curtains delivery were promised within a weeks time but it's been more than 20 days and still the fabric is yet to come. Somewhere in transit!!!! How unprofessional and disappointing!!! Have placed order of around 35 k. Hopefully one day I get to see my curtains hanging in my house.
