★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: The job was well done in the end and the vehicle looks good.
Cons: They took more than double the promised time to complete the job. They also tried to increase the bill amount by charging an item twice. I had to go through the bill and find the problem to get it fixed.

This service center offers services, even if u lose qny screws u can get it for free at this center and apache rr 310's service center is at panvel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time is too much. We had to wait for 2-3 hrs even for getting our bike inspected. They don't even pick up the phone. It's under staffed facility. There is a huge number of vehicles coming in for service but only one advisor which makes the process time taking. Also there's no proper waiting room facility. You have to wait in scorching sun for 2hrs. Do carry bottle of water with you if you don't want to get dehydrated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services, specially waiting waiting and waiting.. If your give your bike at 10 am then they will giving your till 6pm..my whole day get wasted. All technical staff chatting, dancing and making comment but they are not very serious about their jobs.... Not properly doing all the things.. Very bad services.. I am not giving one star but it is compulsory.

Recently went for my third service, and I am not satisfied with the service they have given. All staffs are very bad and rude specially when they call to take feedbacks about the service. I just remember one name of the lady called Afreen and there were some more stupids. My helmet got stolen from the workshop, and still not received a call yet for the complaint raised on TVS portal. I would suggest to go somewhere else for your two wheeler services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre I have ever encountered. Never got any service without any hassle or without any argument.
Everytime I have to argue for everything right from filling up the Job card till the bike get serviced and they never stand upto there commitment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center is just like any other service centre. If you give them your bike at 9am in the morning, they will return it around 2-3pm. It's better to wait there and get your bike servicing done in front of ourselves. Last time I gave them my bike and the mechanic broke engine guard of my bike. The mechanic tried to hide it from me. Fortunately I found it during post servicing inspection and brought it to their notice. They have a bad service orientation. I would get the serving done from a local mechanic now.
