★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Security" staff is rude. Entry from Senapati Bapat Marg (Tulsi pipe road) is not well managed leading to traffic jams. Also left on to Tulsi pipe road has been stopped forcing people going towards Dadar to make two u-turns just to get back in the same road; this also causes lots of two wheelers and some four wheelers to go the wrong way instead of making u-turns causing complete chaos.

Parking is a measure issue here, please be careful with that as a lot of work is going on in the surroundings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The erstwhile cotton mill land that has been transformed into a prominent commercial hub for over two decades. At present, Kamala mill compound has been completely transformed mainly due to its location. The nearest station is Lower Parel. Some of the best bars in the city also situated inside Kamala mill compound. During the day this a place for corporate professionals and at night it attracts a lot young crowd from all across the city in its bars. I had been to this place mostly in the evenings and you have a lots of bar and eateries to choose. Ramesh Govani owns this place and this guy maintains a very low profile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office complex plus many good restaurants available inside. But there is no proper place for sitting. Also there are less shady places to wait. No good waiting are found inside. And restaurants spill their waste outside and make the walking road dirty n stinky.

Origibally, was a textile mill-'kamala mills'. After shutting down of manufacturing activity, this was established.
Similar complexes have come up in that area, with all the mill owners, either individually or joining hands with renowned developers, have put these up.
As always-'ILLEGAL EXPANSIONS' had also also come up....resulting in the 'fire accident', that we saw a few months back.
In a congested area, with nearly 'no space' for parking, driving to this place is a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big commercial and corporate place with poor infrastructure. Bad footpath with no proper floorings. Electric cables openly floating here and there. On such shoddy footpath big planters have kept on both the sides which makes it just less space to walk. Only 1 person can walk at a time. Such a shame to BMC and to the owners of kamala mills
