★ ★ ★ ★ ★ পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন পরিবেশ । করোনা পরিস্থিতিতেও নিরবচ্ছিন্ন পরিষেবা দিচ্ছেন যথাযত স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে । ওয়েলকিন এর ব্লাড কলেকশন সেন্টার আছে। কর্মীদের ব্যবহার ও খুব ভালো। গাড়ি রাখার জন্য ও যথেষ্ট জায়গা আছে। যেটা সোনারপুর এরিয়া তে পাওয়া খুব কষ্টের।
Clean clean environment. Corona is providing uninterrupted service even in situations where proper hygiene rules are followed. Welkin has a blood collection center. The use of staff is also very good. And there is enough space to park the car. Which is very difficult to find in Sonarpur area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ সবাইকে অনুরোধ করব খুব দরকার না থাকলে এখানকার ডাক্তাররা অন্য জায়গাতেও বসেন সেখানে গিয়ে দেখাতে কারণ এখানকার রিসেপশনের মানুষজন খুবই খারাপ প্রকৃতির আমি আজ আমার স্ত্রীকে নিয়ে দেখাতে গেছিলাম আমার 19 নম্বরে নাম লেখানো ছিলো ডাক্তার তখন 18 নম্বর পেসেন্ট দেখছিলেন। শুধুমাত্র নাম দেখে অন্য পেশেন্টের থেকে পয়সা নিয়ে নিয়েছে বলে আমাকে দেখাতে দেওয়া হলো না আমার বাড়িতে মাত্র তিন মাসের বাচ্চা থাকায় আমি ওয়েট না করতে পেরে ফিরে আসি। আমি অনেক অনুরোধ করা সত্ত্বেও উনারা কোন ধরনের সাহায্য করেননি। এই ধরনের খারাপ প্রকৃতির রিসেপশনিস্ট আমি অন্য কোন চেম্বারে দেখিনি।
I would request everyone if there is no need for the doctors here to sit in another place to go and see there because the people at the reception here are very bad natured. I went to see my wife today. I was not allowed to show that I had taken money from another patient just by looking at my name. Despite my many requests, they did not help. I have never seen such a bad receptionist in any other chamber.
