★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well maintained small junction in the chord line between Howrah-Burdwan. It is particularly important because it is the crossing between Howrah-Burdwan and Sheoraphuli-Tarakeswar routes. So this is the only station where passengers can change the route. The station is clean, it has drinking water facility and toilets. The connection between two routes is also ok. But over everything, I like this station because it is my preferred green destination where both sides of the track are full with greenery and blue sky. One can think about a short tour to this station during puja holidays to enjoy the soothing "kash-ful".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because it's an important station in the chord line I am giving 4 stars ? otherwise I have given less. The area's very congested making it difficult to ride through. One has to stop in the railway gate for nearly 20 mins occasionally due to passage of express trains and mail trains. Over bridge is being constructed to avoid this delay, so thumbs up ???to them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very important and busy railway station. All time Rail police available and service is to good.. One special system is available in all india railway station.. local train is two time stop this station because station is small. Many people daily coming in this station and this station is very popular in all tarokeswar to howrah station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We usually get down here when we back from Tarapith. Station is under construction but clean and well maintained. The ticket counter area is really good and clean. I really like it. We usually get down here to catch train upto Dankuni. There are local trains available upto Howrah. Foot bridge and subway is available here. I am not sure about the subway as I have heard it from a local people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No improvement from my childhood... always works in progress... communication between up line and down line is worse... so many accidents happened Lest few years but railway authorities are not taken positive action... people can pee any where in the station but if any one smoke ? they will charge you lot's of money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really a busy and beautiful station. Here you can see a crossing between Howrah to Burdwan and Howrah to Tarakeswar line train. Infrastructure of this station is very much good and drinking water also. Afterall this is a famous and too much helpful station for the passengers
