★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kambal Ghar is like a brand of itself here in Varanasi,you can find almost every type of clothing form national to international brands, large variety of branded clothes are available here for men, women and children.Staff is also very polite and helpful.The only downside I feel here is the billing area it's pretty small from the standards of the shop and have to wait really long to get the billing also the prices are kind of on the upper side compared to others, yet their stocks are so big that you can get almost everything here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a tory burch bag from this shop and after one use faced a quality issue with the the bag.. so went to the shop with the bag and told a salesperson there the whole issue i was facing and after having a look on my bag he asked me that wait ma’am i ll ask for the claim than afterwards one senior salesman came n told me that ma’am meine apka bag saaf krdia but yaha mein isilie ngn betha that aap bag kharab krke laye n mein use saaf krun..these were the words of salesman of such a renowned shop.. they seriously don’t know to talk no manners nothing.. seriously the bag quality is so bad that no one can say it’s original..i ll ask the owner to please teach their staff some etiquettes to deal with their customers the way he told me that prove krke dikheyega tab baat kreyeg abhi jaye like who talks like this no decency to talk.. never ever will step in this shop n even tell this incident in Varanasi to all who i know so that they also think thrice to buy anything expensive from this shop..

Billing section is not good. Takes time to get your selection billed.
Collection point is pathetic. A customer who has spent 5 mins in purchase has to wait for 20 mins at collection point. Ridiculous.
