★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best garden around! The space is good, management is great and price is also very low compared to the area and decorations of the garden, parking space is available too for cars and bikes both! I'm impressed overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ July summer experience: Ground is full of long grass. No cooler for ground. Rooms are dirty and stinks. No fan in rooms. Light decoration is too poor. After 12 in night light is disconnected and no one will pick your phone to help. No manager will be available in night after 10 pm. It's not suitable for marriages. It may be used as playground and that too in day if grass is cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLACE : located on the main roads, spacious outdoor seating . Basically no indoor seating for parties or wedding .
Only has residential facility and rooms for guests in an adjacent building.
ROOM: Upper rooms newly built perhaps small, clean - no curtains . Absolutely no curtains.
CLEANLINESS: I would have makes in minus , utterly unkempt, Torn mats , rundown repeatedly used decorations .
SERVICE: they make false promise and charge extra but do not give the services they have promise. No concept of getting work done on time.
They take their own sweet time and are very inhospitable.
PRICE: price is fine but they say they’ll put special curtains chain deco and will charge for that .. but they don’t change anything .
ACCESSIBILITY : out door area is accessible but upper rooms are with stairs and not wheel chair accessible.
LAWN : they say there’s a lawn .. which is a small patch of uneven grass grown area in front of a cowshed!!
