★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to understand how good is the Developer and any views on the projects completed ? Can anyone list which are the projects that Kamla has delivered in the last 2 years ?
even after pushing the developer, he has refused to provide society members with a Bank Guarantee...goes back on his own committments which have been agreed upon in the DA. I would like to know how can one file a case against the developer for breach of contract.
