★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus timing was 7 pm. It was to depart at 7:30 frm vijay nagar for guna but it departed at 10 pm at that too after overloading the bus with excess passengers.

Very unprofessional.

They can't blame the road as I have traveled the same route by Esteem transport and was comfortable.
Will not prefer it in future.
It felt for 5 hours that I was in bulluck cart.
