Kanak Jewellers - New Delhi

After sales service - Zero Helping their customer's queries - Zero Making of the product - Zero Only good when you are buying something from them after that they will forget or ignore you like anything. Anyways so I have heard alot about these jweller so I have decided to buy a diamond ring from them which damaged or kind of broke within 6 months of my purchase and the response in return i was getting is that it is because of its mechanism or whatever but not resolved my query. After that also I tried to explain my problem but they are not even bothered to reply or check what's the issue with my ring. Moral of the story I regret my decision of buying a ring from Kanak. Very very disappointed. Not going to buy or recommend them to anyone in the future. Will try to post the picture as well. Thanks.

They sent me a message 20% on siver but on purchase was told on MMTC hardly 2.5%..Was struck up so purchased

I would like to share my recent experience with Kanak Jewelers, Patel Nagar for today's visit. I can jot down the following points to summarize my visit to Kanak Jewelers on 13-08-2021: 1. First and foremost, there was sheer negligence and irresponsible gesture displayed by the Kanak's staff members as most of them were roaming without the mask. The branch is an enclosed environment and there are kids, aged people, and people with comorbidity. There should be a hefty amount of fine to be imposed on Kanak for risking the precious lives of its customers. It's not only a social responsibility but a moral obligation as well on your part. If the management has the slightest of doubt on this issue they can check the CCTV footage and decide if their family members would be in those customer's place, how would that feel? 2. The lady from the marketing department was forcing people to connect to WhatsApp campaigns, like FB, Twitter, Instagram pages, etc instead of persuasion. 3. The sales lady didn't even offer water despite seeing the baby complaining about it multiple times. They are just bothered about the sales. 4. The floor in charge or supervisor himself asked us to provide likes on social pages and upon asking he said they have to meet the daily targets. So, they are also just bothered about the numbers and lack a sense of humanity. Even though I was with my aged mother and a small kid, I had to ask them multiple times that I don't have time right now but all in vain. The supervisor was just justifying his and her colleague's inhuman behavior. Not expected from a trustworthy brand like you. 5. The worst part of the visit was despite this whole episode they tried to offer me discount coupons for future purchases then I said that it's of no use because after today's incident I don't visit Kanak again. Moreover, I informed them that I have a long association with Kanak since the branch was near Subhash Jewelers. And if you are to offer a discount then you won't negotiate with them on making charges and have transparency like your competitor"Tanishq". Also, I would suggest guiding your team to study the industry-wide best practices. They don't wait for the customers to step into the branch, however, they provide pro-active offers and zero making on anniversaries and special occasions. Although I have a monthly savings plan with Tanishq, I chose to visit Kanak because of our long association but I regret my decision. Also, I'm taking out the precious time on a holiday and from my family time to raise the issue and provide feedback as strongly requested by the floor supervisor. Hope this holistic feedback would get justice and a human to read it out and respond if they feel like or sustain the brand value and customer base. Thanks, Unhappy Customer

I don't appreciate the kind of service I got today. I was expecting much better customer service which I got in other jewellery stores in Patel Nagar Main Market. The sales rep I was dealing with at the gold section was rude. I went to the store with my wife and we were not attended by anyone when we went to the diamond section. We were asked by some clean shaved guy at the diamond section about what we were looking for and after getting answers from us the rep attended other customer instead of attending us. My biggest concern was that no one from the staff was wearing a mask and when we requested a few of the staff members to wear a mask, that didn't work either. I will never recommend this store to anyone. Worst customer service.

Very good experience every time I visited. Staff is very positive,encouraging,pleasant. Owner Mr Deepak is always present with a wide smile Amazing variety Must visit once !

Excellent collection with light to heavy range but after purchasing they will not value customer. You have to wait for long time for certicate of your asset. Thz z the only problem.
