★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very amazing place. It is on the road so it is visible from far distance. Has a different number of shops where work can be done easily. Bus commute and rickshaw shuttle services is available to so that commute becomes easy. You can easily get private rickshaws there so if you want you travel you can easily from there to anywhere you would like to go. The staircase is also available if you want to go to shops located on first floor. Lifts are also available which makes easy for special abled people to go to first floor. Parking space is also available and it is large too, which can accommodate large number of cars easily. More trees are there too which makes the place nice and cool. The building's design is also amazing, the architecture feels like we are in another world. The shape of it is like a half circle and the curvature of it is like half circle. The selfie in front of this building will garner more likes and views surely. Every single type of shop is there which makes the day to day work easy such as there a restaurant, there is a fast food shop, a computer repair shop, a barber, a ladies kurti shop, a tailor...etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a building complex. Where people live and it's clean and well maintained and the security is good as well. Although I doubt home hunters are reading Google reviews to decide whether to buy a flat or not. Nevertheless, it has this vibe, of old school tight knit societies that exist in their own little world. It's cozy.

Parking can be a problem. The environment can also get a bit noisy, especially during festivals.
