In short, they have been always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working Lalit,Ajitesh and Rakesh was that they were always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs.We would recommend them to anyone.

They helped me and managed every aspect of buying a home for me. Buying my home was a very smooth process with such a good work from kanchan homes team.
Rahul connected with us for our requirements and guided us to the property and taking it ahead till we booked a flat there. In this phase he was very proactive and the transition from shorti listing to finalising a home was very quick, thanks to Rahul for all his efforts and being very transparent.
Special thanks to Jitendra Vishwakarma bhai for being so patient with all my queries and being a concrete bridge between us and builders.

Starting from looking for properties, explaining details, suggesting the right property as per our budget and requirement, they discussed several options. Extremely professional service. They will give you enough space and time to finalize the properties. From the beginning till the end each and every step will be taken care by them. There were some things that they had to do out of the way for us however there was not even a single discomfort from their end to do so. Finally we were able to finalize the properties. I would recommend Kanchan homes 110% to everyone. Thanks Kanchan homes for the brilliant experience.
