★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. The staff at this office has very bad attitude towards customer. They don't even pick up the phone. I have seen this in the office itself, the phone kept ringing and no one was picking it. After a while they put aside the receiver of the phone.
The delivery is always late, they are supposed to deliver the cylinder in 48 hours but everytime we just receive the confirmation sms but the delivery is always a week or 2 late. This has caused us issues many times. We had to go to the agency many times and get the cylinder on our own and carry it on our vehicle.
Also the delivery guys expect some kind of tip, if he senses that he's not gonna get anything then he might ask us to pick the cylinder from downstairs by ourselves. Although this has reduced recently.
