I would lik to conclude that this company Kandarp Management services pvt ltd, I have been working from last 11/12/2019 , my name Sandeep Gnana paul And employee I’d Kmspl04427, as far as am working it has never given any kind of pay or allowance regarding too the job company requirements and it only takes a job n commit that payment is on process and never it will pay you, and never provides any kind of records rather then a telephonic conversation which you should be careful towards recording those calls, for your future reference to fight for your salary and your allowance, kindly be aware this fraud and spread abt this company before any other gets cheated,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked there. Initially I thought that though it's a small company it must be good, but alas I was wrong. Due to presence of some good people the company is running. But some persons present there didn't even behave properly with the employees, I mean you can say mannerless to. And most importantly they lie, you will be hired for some profile but after joining they will give you other works of their need to do. I am writing all this from my own experience and it already happened. And they called for work even Sundays also.
